Crossover Leadership Partners has a consortium of speakers who can be invited in events like All Hands Meet, Sales Meet, Team Event and any other occasion.

Some of the consortium speakers have overcome challenges that one cannot imagine and are a true inspiration. For example one of the speaker became blind because of an incurable eye disease and had to take up the most common job of telephone operator available for blind at that time. However he did not stay as a telephone operator but grew to become the head of a department in a renowned college with a Phd. This inspiring story and the speakers ability to convey in a story telling mode makes the event so inspiring that people go with back with strong motivation that they can achieve much more with their eyes and each part of body intact.
